Florian Properties is located in Southington, CT. The company was formed over 30 years ago and made its first significant leap into commercial real estate development with the acquisition of 51 North Main Street in Southington, CT. Once a dilapidated building, the company renovated and released the property and revitalized an important part of the local community. The success of the project laid out the framework for direction the company would take and would continue to convert distressed commercial buildings into desirable local destinations. Today, we continue to grow the company this way.

We have an office team that manages real estate sales and acquisitions and a construction team that performs upkeep on existing properties, small and large tenant fit outs and other capital projects. Our ability to be involved in all phases of commercial real estate gives us a competitive advantage over other small and midsized competitors which has led to a positive reputation with our clients, partners and communities. Our client base consists of local, state, and regional businesses such as small and large professional offices, retail chains, hospitals and other medical practices.
