Unico Properties is a private commercial real estate firm offering user-centered investment, development, management, sustainability and solar services in emerging markets across the U.S.

Founded in 1953, we employ over 300 real estate-obsessed people between our Seattle-based headquarters and the cities we invest in, such as Portland, Denver, Nashville, and Salt Lake City.

We’re presently co-invested in and actively managing a more than $3 billion portfolio of exhaustively considered, office, mixed-use and multifamily properties. We create innovative, people-focused building experiences through a cadre of subsidiary companies which provide boutique expertise and execution for our own accounts and select third-party clients.

Our teams consist of a variety of personalities, backgrounds, and expertise and we think that’s a good thing. What unites us is our values, and the ownership we take in the performance of our projects and teams, regardless of our job descriptions.
