We are a 58-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Thorp, Wisconsin. We offer both short and long-term care to individuals with physician orders for nursing and rehabilitation services. Additional services like respite and hospice care are available as well. We are known for our friendly and competent staff, led by industry experts in their field of work.
