We are a Member-Owned Cooperative. All Cooperative Care employees have the option to become a member-owner of the business. Being a Member-Owner gives employees the opportunity to be heard and to be involved in the management of the cooperative; by running for the Board of Directors, serving on our committees, and voting for who they want to see on the Board of Directors. We are truly a democratic work place, one employee = one vote.
Cooperative Care's Caregivers provide a vital service to individuals in our communities, who otherwise may not be able to remain in the comfort of their own homes, by assisting with services such as; bathing, dressing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and more.
