“Our people vision is to be a diverse Infor where individuals are respected, valued and openly contribute to innovation. Through this plan and vision, we will propel Infor to be a competitive disruptor of the technology market, creating mutually beneficial relationships with customers, employees and society in accordance with our proven MBM® Guiding Principles.”
- Glynis Lee, VP of Inclusion, Community and HR Technology
At Infor, we strive for an environment that is founded in our MBM® Philosophy and eight Guiding Principles: Integrity, stewardship & compliance, transformation, principled entrepreneurship, knowledge, humility, respect, self-actualization. Increasing diversity is important to reflect our markets, customers, partners and communities we serve in now and in the future.
In response to this aspiration, we are on an exciting journey to transform and implement new approaches to Inclusion and Diversity which increases inclusion and a sense of community, increasing organizational value for our employees, partners and customers. This journey is known as our “Inclusion and Community” strategy.
Infor has adopted a global inclusion and community strategy that strives to ensure inclusion and diversity is achieved as a natural component of our culture. This includes the implementation of systems, structures, and processes to create an organizational environment respectful of cultural differences which are leveraged in every aspect of interaction, both internally and externally. This is led by Infor’s Vice President of Inclusion and Community, and facilitated by a dedicated global team.
Our operational framework is focused on integrated programs to promote inclusion:
In the workplace - creating a welcoming environment where employees are comfortable to bring their whole, authentic selves to work;
In the workforce - ensuring there is representation, inclusivity, and equity in all aspects of identifying, hiring, managing, promoting, and rewarding our talent
In the marketplace - recognizing individual and cultural differences in our product design and customer interactions, and,
In the communities - demonstrating corporate citizenship and philanthropy in the communities where we live and work
Accountability
At the heart of our strategy lies our “Invest In Our People” plans. Each of our organizational leaders are required to create a plan focused on improving talent within their businesses in the areas identified by our key strategic imperatives. Quarterly Business Reviews attended by our leaders and the CEO ensure continued and intentional focus on our inclusion and community goals.
Our Successes
We are proud of our progress to date, yet recognize we still have a long way to go. The following highlights some of our successes and philanthropic efforts:
