Conifer offers an array of full- and part-time positions to fit any lifestyle or scheduling preference. Most of the positions in our corporate offices work Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. Our on-site property positions may require weekend or on-call hours, so we can provide exceptional customer service to our residents. We adjust an employee's schedule if they work on the weekend to ensure they have adequate time off during the week.

• Strong candidates whose experience and skill set qualify for an open position will be contacted for an initial phone interview, followed by an opportunity to meet with the hiring manager for a face-to-face interview.
