Young America Corporation

Young America is an old hand in engagement marketing. Founded in 1972 as Dile Corporation, the company today offers a range of sales promotion and marketing services to help companies understand, acquire, and retain employees, partners, and customers. Among its services are incentive, loyalty, rebate, sweepstake, and cause marketing programs, as well as call center support, fulfillment and shipping management, print and Web design, and reporting and analysis on the effectiveness of consumer promotions. Young America handles marketing programs for many FORTUNE 500 companies, including Hewlett-Packard, Pepsi-Cola, and T-Mobile USA.

In 1973 the company relocated to Young America, Minnesota, taking the town's name as its own in 1977. Today the company is headquartered in Edina, Minnesota.
