About Penn-Mar Human Services
Penn-Mar Human Services’ mission is to support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) to live courageous lives full of self-determination, independence, and equity.
Founded in 1981, Penn-Mar operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and serves nearly 2,000 adults with IDD annually. We provide community living, day learning, customized employment, family and peer supports, and respite programs in Maryland and Pennsylvania.
Whether you’re a person we support, a family member, a team member, a volunteer, or a member of the community at large, our goal is to enrich every life we touch and support a life well lived.
