Following is an outline of some of the benefits offered within the Saint Elizabeth Community. Benefits are specific to the location, employee status and tenure. The Human Resource Director will provide detailed benefits during the hiring process.

Saint Elizabeth Community conducts training courses to prepare individuals to become Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). These courses are offered periodically throughout the year. The course consists of classroom work and clinical experience. Course instructors work with students as mentors and tutors to prepare them for the state certification exam.

This training course is an excellent opportunity for individuals to gain the confidence and skills they need to begin a career in the health care field. Many of the CNA's currently employed throughout Saint Elizabeth Community began as trainees through this program.

Saint Elizabeth Home is a skilled nursing and rehab center with 168 beds. Located in East Greenwich, Rhode Island, Saint Elizabeth Home provides exceptional short term rehab, long term care, and specialized memory care, and offers two distinct models of care on a single campus.

Saint Elizabeth Home's main building has three separate living and dining areas, each with both private and semi-private rooms. "The Cove" is a secure neighborhood for those with memory care needs, "The Bay" for long term residents, and "The Hill," for short term rehab patients. In addition to a well equipped rehab room, Saint Elizabeth Home has an inviting coffee shop, gift shop, hair salon , dental office, and beautiful chapel. There are a wide array of activities to choose from on a daily basis, and outdoor porches, patios, and gardens for all to enjoy.

THE GREEN HOUSE® Homes, built adjacent to Saint Elizabeth Home, opened in 2017,bringing an innovative new model of nursing home care to Rhode Island. The four houses are each home to twelve residents. Bedrooms and bathrooms are private, and shared community spaces include a dining room, hearth room, den, porches, and patio. These homes have all the amenities that make them real homes complimented by the features of a state of the art nursing home.

Cathleen Naughton Associates is a JCAHO accredited, licensed provider of home care services with an experienced staff known for delivering high quality, person centered care in Rhode Island.

Cathleen Naughton Associates provides home care that includes skilled nursing and therapy care (often paid for by insurance), and private duty care (paid for by the client). Skilled nursing and therapy care includes: RN,PT,OT,ST, certified wound care, home health aide support, and social services. Private duty care includes: geriatric care management, RN, certified home health aide support, homemaker, companion and driving services. Affordable concierge and handyman services are also available.

Cornerstone established the first dementia-specific day center in Rhode Island in 1987, providing care and services to adults with all stages of memory loss, from mild to more progressed stages. The bright, spacious center has five distinct areas which allow for smaller group or individualized engagement, as well as larger group activities.

The programs offered are tailored to meet needs of the group and individuals. An early memory loss program incorporates a comprehensive wellness program and works to develop skills to help individuals remain independent for as long as possible.

Throughout its history, Cornerstone has been providing a safe, nurturing environment for its participants, and support for caregivers. Services during the day include: nursing care, nutritious meals, physical exercise and enriching activities. On site nursing care and physical therapy can be provided with a physicians order. This is a medical model adult day center that focuses on individual wellness.

Saint Elizabeth Court is an assisted living residence with 69 apartments, located in Providence. Housed in a beautifully restored, turn-of-the-century building, Saint Elizabeth Court opened in 2003 and offers the charm of yesteryear with the appeal of modern conveniences. Each resident has a private apartment, varying in size, with monthly rental rates ranging from $3300-$4400. We do not charge an application fee or "add on" fees for additional services provided.

Saint Elizabeth Terrace a member of Saint Elizabeth Community, offers affordable, safe, and comfortable living for independent seniors. There are 34 apartments in the federally assisted HUD apartment building.

Located in Providence, overlooking the city, Saint Elizabeth Place provides affordable living for seniors. Many additional services offered include day trips, transportation to a local grocery, and shopping. As a private, non-profit section eight residence with 149 apartments, subsidized under the Department of Housing and Urban Development, Saint Elizabeth Place is a desirable housing option, situated directly on the bus line.
