About Agrarian Trust
Our relationship to the land needs to change. Let’s chart a new path together.

To create viable agricultural systems that support just, sustainable communities, our system of farmland ownership has to change. But the arc of history doesn’t bend itself. At Agrarian Trust, we’re working with communities to revolutionize land ownership across the country. We have the tools and structures in place—we need motivated people like you to make it happen. Together, we can spread this far and wide and change our agriculture system from the ground up.

Agrarian Trust is in the process of practicing the relational culture internally that we support through our projects and developing processes around participatory governance. New staff will have the opportunity to co-create agreements that define our mutual expectations and create safe and kind spaces. We encourage people of color, people from working-class backgrounds, people with disabilities, women, and transgender and gender-nonconforming people to apply.
