Montauk offers opportunities for drivers of school buses, mini-buses and charter buses. Support roles include opportunities for Bus Monitors, Mechanics and Dispatchers. Montauk is willing to train Bus Monitors who are interested in attaining their CDL license and School and Passenger endorsements to move into the driver's seat.

Our mission is to provide safe, cost-effective and high quality regional school district transportation services which require a total team effort by all employees at Montauk Bus. Our overall school transportation safety program requires that children, drivers, parents, and school administrators be aware of daily Safety Awareness Activities at all times in the day-to-day transporting of our most precious cargo – CHILDREN.
