Synergy Youth Treatment

Synergy employees spend most their time with our residents doing things they enjoy such as skateboarding, football, art, basketball,crafts, board games, pickle ball, Xbox, and much more! Being good examples, redirecting negative behaviors, positive reinforcement, and helping the boys build healthy relationships is what helps our residents be successful.

We go camping every month of the summer! Its such a therapeutic experience for the residents and super fun for staff! Good memories are made, relationships are built, and laughing is frequent.

At Synergy Youth Treatment we are engaged in a meaningful work. That work is to promote healing. We support our residents in every possible way; with 24 hour staffing, individual and family therapy, therapeutic groups, constructive activities to develop strengths, medication, camping trip goals, flexible program to cater to their individual needs. By joining our team you help with the healing process. You first hand get to see lives change. You help young men grow and develop into a changed person. Working in residential treatment is hard but being involved in meaningful work makes it worth it.
