Union House is a 5 star nursing facility in the Northeast Kingdom of Vt. close to lakes and ski areas. It is both Medicare and Medicaid certified. for rehab and long term care for elderly as well as clients requiring rehabilitation services to return to the community. We feature a full array of care options from specialized diets to individualized daily activities in a homelike atmosphere. Families become part of our care team and are kept abreast of the options offered for their family members and are assisted by our social service and nursing staff when questions arise. Our Medical director a board certified gerontologist is in house weekly and always has time for family visits to guarantee individualized resident care.
