WORK-LIFE BALANCE

Our working hours give employees a healthy work life balance. The hours are 9 to 5 with a full hour lunch/break where the firm will pay for the one-hour lunch/break. It will not be deducted from your pay. Every full-time employee gets paid for 40 hours a week. Over-time is available. It is optional and not mandatory. All employees Paid Time Off goes into effect after the expiration of a ninety (90) day probation period: Sick, Vacation and Personal Day as well as all other benefits.

We subdivide our caseload into teams so while you a part of the largest full-service law firm in Queens County you get to work within a small and intimate group of people, and you will get unique opportunities to learn a variety of skills. Employees are encouraged to contribute and share their ideas to help the firm to keep gaining success. Your ideas and unique perspectives are integral to the firm’s success.

MANAGEMENT

The members of the Management Team have been together since the inception of the firm. It is responsible for creating and sustaining the firm to be the largest full-service law firm of Queens County by their ability to continue to amass and retain one of the greatest team of professionals to attend to our clientele. The Management Team has done so by creating a dynamic work environment for the staff to collaborate, to share ideas and insights, and to develop the best solutions to help our clients. They further ensure job training to build your skills to meet the demands of our clientele.

The firm’s size is considered by some unattainable in the short period of fifteen years since its inception.
