The Bolton Clarke Learning and Organisation Development team offers courses aimed at equipping health and aged care professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to deliver better health and quality of life for your clients while connecting with our organisation's purpose.

Salary packaging - Bolton Clarke employees can salary package and pay for everyday living expenses (such as mortgage, rent and car parking) using your pre-tax income.

Purchased additional annual leave - Employees may be eligible to purchase up to 2 weeks additional annual leave for each 12 month period and pay for this through payroll deductions.

Bolton Clarke joined the Australian Government’s Pacific Labour Scheme, recruiting seven workers from Kiribati in early 2019. The women work as personal carers and hospitality workers – providing comfort and care to the residents.
