Laurel House, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, serving eight towns in lower Fairfield County from Westport to Greenwich. It has been in operation since 1984. Its evidence-based programs, such as Supported Education, Supported Employment, Supportive Housing, and Skill-Building Workshops, help individuals and families achieve and sustain mental health for more productive lives and greater self-sufficiency in their local communities.
The Resources to Recover family of services provides program participants with the skills and strategies they need to meet the challenges of living well in the community, while staying connected with a main source of ongoing support. The core purpose of Resources to Recover is: early intervention, social inclusion, and recovery. The family of services and programs includes: Laurel House; rtor.org; and Thinking Well.
