Tandigm Health LLC (“Tandigm”) is a start-up set for rapid growth and jointly owned by two highly respected organizations.
The joint venture, a first in the health care industry, combines the expertise of one of the country’s largest, most innovative Blue Healthcare insurers with a nationally recognized pioneer of physician centric care – Independence Blue Cross and DaVita HealthCare Partners. Tandigm was founded on 8th April 2014 and has established a network of approximately 300 Primary Care Physicians (“PCPs”). Tandigm will work in tandem with these PCPs to create high quality, affordable health care in the Philadelphia 5 counties region.
Commencing 1 January 2015, the company will provide these physicians with the data, tools and clinical resources to provide better, more coordinated care across the care continuum. The company anticipates multi-million revenue in 2015 and continued growth thereafter.
