About Ayars & Ayars Inc.

Ayars & Ayars, Inc has been building lasting relationships in the commercial construction industry since December, 1985, and over the years our focus hasn’t changed, we continue to work with our customers to develop long term rewarding relationships. Our construction expertise encompasses a variety of areas from team based, design/build activities through specialty construction applications. We utilize an in house team of over 100 professionals to help our customers develop, design, and construct projects that range from a few thousand dollars to several million dollars. We specialize in developing relationships that allow all participants to grow and enhance their respective businesses.

Ayars & Ayars, Inc. not only provides design and general contracting service, we perform much of the work ourselves with well trained, highly skilled craftsmen. We utilize our team of craftsmen in the concrete, masonry, metals, and carpentry crews to deliver our clients with a high quality, on-time, on-budget projects.

First State Bank - Nebraska - Timelapse

Ayars & Ayars, Inc. is proud to have been able to team up with First State Bank Nebraska as they continued their fantastic growth story! This two-story, 18,144 sq. ft. tilt-up facility now hosts a new branch office featuring state-of-the-art banking technology to enhance the customer experience. The Bank’s corporate and operational divisions now call this facility home as well. The building provides an ideal blend of contemporary and classic design elements.

Speedway Sporting Village Fieldhouse - Ayars & Ayars, Inc.

The Speedway Sporting Village is located in southwest Lincoln and the family-friendly destination features a large indoor soccer complex, 10 outdoor soccer fields and the Defy Gravity Trampoline Park. The pre-engineered metal building features 180 ft. clear span and Butler Manufacturing Sky Light System. The Sporting Village provides Lincoln with a new mecca for youth sports, tournaments, and community events.

48ROCK - Design/Build Tilt-Up Construction by Ayars & Ayars, Inc.

The newest mixed-use facility in the historic University Place neighborhood, 48ROCK is a multi-story design build tilt-up facility that bridges the gap between historic architecture and modern design. Home to Ayars & Ayars, Inc. and ARCHI + ETC. LLC, the green building practices and principles used to develop and construct this project complements our dedication to promote the importance of holistic, sustainable design and was built to LEED Gold standards.
