Nursing

Management
Our management team is key to our success in ensuring we fulfil our vision. The team is made up of directors at clinical and operational levels; Home Managers; specialist managers including Clinical Care; Hospitality Services and Customer Relationship Managers.

Our business is growing and our team is growing too as we open new homes every year. Our managers help us build our business and lead us through our business growth.

Administration
Our team of administrators based within our beautiful care homes provide essential support to the home management teams in all aspects of running a care home. From reception and finance to human resources, you will get involved in lots of different areas and learn lots of new skills. You will have a passion for care for the elderly; you will deliver outstanding results and have great communication with strong organisational skills. Our administration team forge a strong link between the home management team and our central support (head office).
Lifestyle & Activities

Our lifestyles teams provide essential support to our residents through daily games and activities. You will be warm and outgoing with a natural ability to connect with the people. Through our activities, we support and help residents maintain their personal interests and encourage participation in a variety of activities and events in our homes and in the wider community. This is a great role and one that is essential for helping our residents to maintain their independence and participation.
Catering & Hospitality
Love seeing happy faces when residents have well-presented and beautifully cooked food, perfectly served?

You could have a fabulous career, starting at Hallmark Care Homes without any previous experience or qualifications. You could start as a kitchen assistant and become a fully qualified chef through our exciting and innovative Chef Academy run by Brian Lane, our Executive Chef and head of the Hallmark Chef Academy. You will learn all aspects of creating and presenting wonderful dishes to our residents. You can also start as an experienced chef and still benefit from this amazing training.

You could also join Hallmark as one of our Hosts and learn all aspects of outstanding food service and this could start you on your career in hospitality.
Housekeeping & Maintenance
Love making sure our residents are beautifully presented in clean, well pressed clothes? Love making sure the environment is warm, welcoming and clean? Keen to make sure our residents live in safe and well maintained homes?

Our housekeeping and maintenance teams help our residents feel like they are at home and the contribution made by these teams is never undervalued. Their dedication to delivering excellence; diligence; a sense of pride and attention to detail ensures the highest levels of comfort and safety for our residents in all areas of our homes. This could be another starting point for your hospitality career or a chance to further your career in maintenance and health and safety.
Central Support Office
Our Central Support office, based in Billericay, Essex, provides essential support to all of our care homes ensuring all aspects of our work runs smoothly. Our dedicated professionals provide support in the following areas – administration; marketing; finance; estates and development and human resources. We are looking for self-motivated individuals with excellent communication skills. You don’t always need relevant experience as we will support and train you.
Volunteer
We fully recognise the energy and enthusiasm of our volunteers and value the contribution they make throughout our family of homes. Many of our volunteers find their vocation whilst with us and go on to work for a care home in a full-time or part-time capacity; a real testament to the positive experience they have had as a volunteer at Hallmark Care Homes.
