About Learn & Grow Academy
We are looking to grow our team with people who share our energy and enthusiasm for creating the best experience for our students. We are a small preschool with a close-knit staff that provides a safe, clean, and friendly environment for children aged 2 1/2 to 6 years old. We are committed to providing exceptional childcare and a high quality education to all students. Our curriculum has been specifically designed to ensure grade school readiness. Our staff helps us implement our curriculum with a great sense of teamwork and commitment.
Learn & Grow FamilyOur dream of creating a safe and loving environment where young children could learn, play, and thrive in every way became a reality the day we opened the doors to our very own Academy in 2007. Hundreds of children have walked through our doors since, each of them leaving a warm mark in our hearts. Our Academy in an extension of our homes and our staff and students have become an extension of our families; this is why our staff selection is so important to us. We truly pride ourselves with the tight-knit relationships we have fostered with our staff members throughout the years, and in doing so have created a sense of family that is unique to our school community. Our low staff turn-over rate has allowed us to maintain and strengthen our bonds throughout the years. We have decided to grow our family and are hopeful that we will find that special someone who will fit right in!
