Seniorlink’s unique in-home care solution, Caregiver Homes, dedicates experienced care teams to work alongside caregivers and their families. This model, known as Structured Family Caregiving, was the first home and community-based model in the nation to receive the National Committee for Quality Assurance’s (NCQA) highest level of Accreditation for Case Management. Caregiver Homes currently serves thousands of caregivers and consumers across the nation.

According to LinkedIn data and shown in WSJ article, Boomerang hires are increasing. The data shows 4.5% of new hires were boomerang workers in 2021, compared to 3.9% in 2019. Thank you to WCVB Channel 5 Boston and Emily Riemer WCVB who interviewed Chandler, a 23-year-old caregiver in the Seniorlink program, caring for her grandmother in Quincy, Mass. As Chandler says, "Family means everything to me and I wouldn't have it any other way." We know that so many feel the same way during the coronavirus pandemic. Seniorlink is proud to be able to support Chandler and other family caregivers in the Bay State.
