According to LinkedIn data and shown in WSJ article, Boomerang hires are increasing. The data shows 4.5% of new hires were boomerang workers in 2021, compared to 3.9% in 2019. Thank you to WCVB Channel 5 Boston and Emily Riemer WCVB who interviewed Chandler, a 23-year-old caregiver in the Seniorlink program, caring for her grandmother in Quincy, Mass. As Chandler says, "Family means everything to me and I wouldn't have it any other way." We know that so many feel the same way during the coronavirus pandemic. Seniorlink is proud to be able to support Chandler and other family caregivers in the Bay State.
