The company was founded back in 1991 with a lawn mower and a pick up truck. Since then, Bancroft Landscaping has grown and with this expansion it has allowed us to create amazing landscape designs. We are primarily an landscape design/install company as opposed to a maintenance company. This makes it an awesome place to work as you are outside each and every day while building something cool in a customer's back yard that they didn't have before. What sets us apart from other places to work is we truly take pride in our work. We are in this not only for the money but also to make customers happy by making their properties unique and beautiful. Quality and attention to detail are huge parts of working here so we require our employees to follow those values, but in the end these higher standards ultimately lead to a more rewarding work environment.
