Midstate Independent Living Choices

Midstate Independent Living Choices (MILC) is a public non profit 501(c)(3) organization in the State of Wisconsin, mandated to serve individuals with disabilities of all ages. MILC is operated by staff and board composed primarily of people with disabilities. Our services are always consumer directed working together with staff to meet goals.
