SPEECH, LANGUAGE AND EDUCATIONAL ASSOCIATES was founded in 1983 by its Executive Director, Helen Sherman-Wade. Our belief is that understanding, speaking, reading and writing development are interrelated and hierarchical in their development. We have experienced and qualified Speech-Language Pathologists, Educational Therapists, Child Development Specialists, Behaviorists, Psychologists, and Occupational Therapists who understand the skills needed in order for an individual to communicate, socialize and succeed.
