Citizens Options Unlimited provides quality supports and services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the areas of medicaid service coordination, residential opportunities, family support services and respite.
Citizens is CQL accredited, promoting excellence in person-centered services and supports which lead to an increased quality of life. The person-centered approach is a paradigm shift that supports people to select the services and supports best suited to live their life based on what they desire.
Citizens also operates Camp Loyaltown, a summer camp in upstate New York that for the past 40 years, has helped campers discover independence along with new strengths and experience the joys of friendship, fun and personal achievement free from challenges they face daily.
