ABG Group is diversifying its business into Cement and Power Segment and for this purpose started two companies called ABG Cement Ltd. and ABG Energy Ltd. respectively. The company has adequate financial resources for this business and has also access to first class managerial resources for executing and operating the plant.



ABG Cement is promoted by its Chairman Mr. Rishi Agarwal who is a very successful entrepreneur. He is the promoter of ABG Shipyard and other associated companies/business.



ABG Cement is headed by its Managing Director & CEO, Mr. Vijay Prakash Sharma. Mr. Sharma has been associated with the cement industry for more than 38 years.
