Otsego Memorial Hospital

OMH is an independent, fully accredited primary and secondary care facility located in Gaylord along the I-75 corridor. The total service area of OMH encompasses nine communities and more than 40,000 people (not including increased summer populations). OMH annually serves more than 85,000 outpatients and 2,500 inpatients.
