Our COVID-19 ResponseWhen the COVID-19 pandemic began and stay-at-home orders were issued, we were able to stay open as a supplier to critical infrastructure workers. We approached the crisis with an associates-first mentality. We suspended travel and customer events, had associates work remotely whenever possible, and closed our facilities at the peak of the crisis. Now that vaccines are widely available and safety precautions have prevented the spread of the virus, we have adjusted our mask policy. We are thankful for the opportunity to provide employment opportunities to those whose careers may have been impacted by this crisis.
