Northway Bank is a community bank, headquartered in Berlin, New Hampshire. It was established in 1997 when the Berlin City Bank and the Pemigewasset National Bank merged, creating Northway Financial and adopting the name Northway Bank in 2005.

Northway Bank is one of the largest independent commercial community banks in New Hampshire, a preferred SBA lender, and a leading home lender in our markets. We proudly serve individuals and families, small businesses and commercial customers from our 17 branches throughout the state.
