Dove Healthcare is a local healthcare company based in the Chippewa Valley. Since we purchased the Center of Care in 1997 from Eau Claire County and began operating as Dove Healthcare, we have strategically grown within a 60 mile radius of Eau Claire.

Today, Dove Healthcare is comprised of six skilled nursing facilities (Dove Healthcare – Bloomer, Osseo, Rice Lake, South Eau Claire, West Eau Claire, and Regional Vent Center); six assisted living facilities (Dove Healthcare - Barron Assisted Living, Bloomer Assisted Living, Orchard Hills Assisted Living, Osseo Assisted Living, Rutledge Home, and South Assisted Living); one physical, occupational, speech, and respiratory therapy company; and a non-profit community foundation. Our talented and diverse workforce of approximately 800 employees serves an average of 400 residents and patients every day.
