About New Care
DELIVERING DEDICATED, EXPERT NURSING CARE

New Care has been providing medically intensive home healthcare nursing services to clients from all walks of life since 1985. We provide highly skilled RNs and LPNs for medically fragile infants, children and adults who live at home and are dependent on life-support treatments or machines. We also provide clinical consultations, assessments and teaching for our clients covering a wide variety of diseases and conditions. Our focus is on building long-term relationships with our clients rather than working with temporary medical cases. Our expertise is in providing the highest trained nurses and care management services, leading to in-depth, continuous quality care.

RN owned and managed

We were founded by an RN, and all of our clinical directors are also registered nurses. This focus on clinical excellence leads to higher standards of care and more positive experiences for our clients and nursing staff.

We are committed to dealing sensitively with clients and families who face the intrusion of nurses in their homes. Being locally owned and operated allows New Care to be timely and flexible in responding to our clients, families and staff.

We are a tight knit, collaborative team

You have plenty of autonomy in your day-to-day work life. We thoroughly train our nurses before starting work, often starting on-site at the hospital, so that the transition to home is smooth for both client and nurse. What’s more, we offer highly flexible scheduling to fit your life.

REQUIREMENTS

Our nurses are dedicated, discreet, and compassionate professionals who work in our clients’ homes in a one-on-one setting. To be considered for employment with New Care, you must meet the basic requirements listed, as well as have the willingness to work autonomously, accept constructive feedback, and undergo additional training (at our expense) depending on our clients’ needs. We serve clients throughout western Washington.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

- RN or LPN with current Washington state license
- Completed background check
- Current TB test
- Hepatitis B vaccine series
- Current CPR
