Timothy R. Villa, Sr, President and Founder of Data Research, Inc., has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminology, an Associate’s Degree in Applied Sciences in Law Enforcement and has successfully completed investigative classes at the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation (BCII), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), the Reid Technique of Interviewing and Interrogation (RTII), and Scientific Content Analysis (SCAN). Mr. Villa has worked as a certified instructor with the Ohio Peace Officer Training Council and the Ohio Private Security Training Program.



Mr. Villa regularly attends professional schools and related training classes associated with the private investigative industry.



Mr. Villa has a combined practical experience that includes thirty-three years in law enforcement and twenty-five years in the private sector. During this time frame he has achieved investigatory experience at local, state, national and international levels.
