Clark County Rehabilitation and Living Center

It is the mission of the Rehabilitation & Living Center to ensure quality health care in a homelike environment and to provide for the health, welfare, and safety of the individuals that reside at our facility.

The Clark County Rehabilitation & Living Center (CCRLC) is a 172 bed Medicare certified skilled nursing facility and a 16 bed certified facility for the developmentally disabled located near Owen. In addition, the Rehabilitation & Living Center also features a 8 bed community-based residential facility. For over 85 years, CCRLC has been serving the health care needs of the mentally ill, developmentally disabled, and elderly individuals of our society. Because health care is always changing and evolving, specialized programs have been developed to meet the needs of specific afflictions such as Alzheimer's or a related dementia, Huntington's Disease, and intensive rehabilitation services.
