Dignus Specialist Care provides residential care services to individuals with challenging mental health conditions and learning disabilities including autistic spectrum disorders and physical and sensory disabilities.
Dignus Support provides supported living services to individuals with complex mental health conditions and learning disabilities, who want the independence of living within their own home. We provide a support package that gives our service users the opportunity to achieve their goals and live the life that they truly desire.
Dignus Careers is the recruitment arm of our business, which focuses on ensuring we recruit only the best care and support staff into our care services.

Permanent positions with guaranteed hours
We are not a care agency, which means that all of our positions are permanent (unless specifically stated) with guaranteed hours. You will be advised of your hours of work upon applying for the role, and your weekly hours will be provided on a rota basis.

We cover the cost of your DBS check, so there is no forking out extra money before your new job even starts!
Free training
We have an exceptional training program that combines e-learning modules and classroom-based, face-to-face training.
Bespoke service user specific training where required
We also offer annual refresher training for all service-based employees.
£200 referral bonus
If you refer another person to work for Dignus Group, you will receive a £200 referral bonus as a thank you! There are some terms and conditions, which will be explained to you in your induction.
Life Assurance
Your life is insured for 2 x your annual salary at no cost to yourself for a minimum of 2 years.
Company pension
Employees are auto enrolled into the scheme after a 3 month period and the employer will contribute equal to at least 3% of minimum contributions on employee’s qualifying earnings and the remaining 5% will be paid by the employee.
