- Leader and peer-led Equity of Care Steering Committee that leads an effort to ensure there is equity in the way we deliver care at Presbyterian
- Leadership lead Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Accessibility and Social Consciousness (IDEAS) Committee

From hosting growers' markets to partnering with local communities on health issues, Presbyterian is taking active steps to improve the health of New Mexicans.

For our employees, we offer a wellness program, including free access to our Healthplex and other on-site gyms, cafeterias with delicious healthy foods, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and workday breaks to get up and get moving.

No matter what any one of them is doing right now -- including answering patient and member calls, caring for patients, serving food, staffing the nurse advice line, cleaning rooms, expanding our remote work capabilities, leading a huddle, planning our future, running payroll, and more -- each and every one of you is a HERO.
