Ted Lare Design Build is a family owned and operated landscaping company located in the Des Moines metro area. The company was founded in 1982 by Ted, starting out as a one man show. Today the company has grown to over 60 employees, including five designers. In 2007 we built a fantastic new facility on 88 acres in Cumming, Iowa, located just ten minutes south of West Des Moines. Our new facilities include design offices, a retail garden center, dramatic outdoor displays, and a growing nursery. As the company has grown, we have continued to build our reputation on designing and constructing unique outdoor spaces, utilizing quality materials and offering superb customer service.
