Recognizing how chronic disease significantly impacts quality of life and drives 75% of medical costs, our company founders developed the basis for intentional health care programs targeted at prevention and management in 2008 at the University of Louisville. When these disease management programs showed significant impact on quality of life and health plan costs, in 2011, they expanded upon this mission to form SentryHealth.
