About Clearline Industries
Clearline opened its doors in 1979 as a cutlery manufacturing business out of an 800 square foot building in rural Iowa. Several years later this business grew and added an industrial blades division known as Ranger Blade Co. Over the years the company has continued to expand to meet the needs of their diverse customer base. The company now occupies a 30,000 square foot facility in Traer, Iowa and employs over 40 people. With the introduction of a new customer in 1999, Clearline added robotic finishing technology to its breadth of capabilities. With this new project, the company began finishing stainless steel truck parts for a major industry supplier. In the years that followed, Clearline has continued to work with suppliers in the transportation and metal goods industries including: aircraft, watercraft, motorcycle, automobile, and racing
