Stokke® Academy is our very own internal training center for employees, new as well as existing. The aim is to train, develop and retain the best employees in the industry. As a new employees you will get a full two-day training course which helps to understand our company and products better. Our training team also offers a variety of courses throughout the year for all employees including product knowledge, sales and customer service training, with many more on the way.

Engineering & Textile Engineering
This department is setting the standard on technical product quality in design and engineering of new products and categories. Developing and evaluating the feasibility of technical design and engineering concepts, based on factors such as design requirements, performance, safety, durability, cost and manufacturability comes on top. The office in Alesund has an own SLS machine and 3D printer to make sure the physical work on the product is secured.
Design
This team is in charge of our design strategy and philosophy, ensuring we stick to our DNA and human centric design principles. That includes to drive the trend and user specific insights agenda and making these insights an integrated part of the development process. At the same time the focus is on sustainability as part of design while experimenting with new materials and technologies to impact future product offering.
Product Management
Product Management at Stokke sets and drives global product and portfolio strategy. Thereby you are in touch with the whole organisation making sure to drive the overall product portfolio from strategy, product development until the launch covering the full product life cycle. This means securing the required innovation pipeline and fuel future growth ambitions at the same time.
