Ogburn Construction has been serving Richmond, VA and surrounding areas for over 30 years. The company was founded and is still owned by David Ogburn. He started the company with the idea of working fairly with our customers and employees to provide a quality service and product. OCI continues that tradition today with a culture that is centered around teamwork and customer service.

OCI is a DPOR licensed Class A general contractor. The focus of the company is on concrete repair. Services offered include: high-density polyurethane foam injection leveling, silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks, one time application surface sealant to prevent issues with moisture, chemical elements, and seasonal changes, and soon to be offering concrete resurfacing.
