Our mission is to cultivate meaningful work for people with disabilities.
Relay Resources hires people with disabilities (along with people who've experienced other barriers to employment) to work in our various social enterprises: Janitorial, Landscaping, Document Services, Supply Chain Solutions, and Housing & Property Management. (A social enterprise is a business with specific social objectives that serve its mission.) As a nonprofit organization, we provide jobs to more than 700 people in the Portland metro area and other cities in the Pacific Northwest.
We believe success isn’t only about putting people to work – It’s about offering meaningful work and opportunities for growth.

Our Building Solutions team at Relay Resources includes a specialized Floor Maintenance team. This team is trained specifically for this work and is proud to help clean more than 10 million square feet each night for our customers. We're proud of them too!
