Our employee training programs prepare our team members to deliver the safest and most reliable service in the student transportation industry. For drivers, this includes comprehensive classroom and behind-the-wheel training, in addition to CDL licensing, driver certification and specialized training to serve passengers with special needs.

Our National Express University (NXU) program also features robust training and certification resources for roles such as dispatchers, monitors, mechanics, and managers.
