Cleveland Area Hospital is a community-owned Critical Access Hospital, serving the rural area approximately half an hour west of Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Cleveland Area Hospital has served our community for over fifty years and employs about one
hundred and fifty professionals.

Besides a top-notch ER, treating between 500-600 patients per month, Cleveland Health Systems has Physical Rehabilitation, a Family Practice Clinic, Swing Bed & Skilled Nursing Services, 24/7 Lab, Radiology and Respiratory Therapy, MRI, CT, and 3D Mammography. Our nursing staff supports a full time Hospitalist specializing in Swing Bed (Skilled Nursing), Infusion, and Wound Care services.
