Phenix Salon Suites is a premiere boutique concept, offering luxury, spacious and private salon suites to salon professionals.
Phenix Salon Suites welcomes Hairstylists, Barbers, Estheticians and other salon professionals to rent their own salon space. In addition to Deluxe Single Suites measuring 110 sf, we have premium and large double suites. All suites are with 10 foot ceilings, upscale flooring, door window and are specially engineered to reduce outside noise for optimum ambiance
Every suite is pre-furnished at no extra charge. Hair suites have a Styling Chair, Wash Basin, Shampoo Chair, Rolling Station, Dryer, and Mounted Cabinets. Phenix encourages Salon Professionals to fully customize their suites with paint, artwork and furniture!!!
The contracts are month to month and won't bind you into any hard to get out commitment. The fixed weekly rent rate includes all utilities, liability insurance, WiFi, receptionist during peak hours, free use laundry facilities, property taxes, cleaning of common areas, maintenance, supplies for the rest rooms, free parking and many more. There are no hidden fees or expenses
