Royal operates in Minden, Nebraska, and prides itself on being an employee-owned company that fosters a family-friendly atmosphere. As we continue to grow as a company, we are in search of individuals who want to grow with us, both individually and as a team.

Royal has been manufacturing products in Minden for more than 60 years. Although our company started as a manufacturer of plastic parts, we now make composite parts solely for the aerospace industry. Through our efforts, we support a number of commercial and defense aircraft, including Boeing’s 787 Dreamliner, Bell-Boeing’s V-22 Osprey, Airbus’s A320 and Sikorsky’s CH-53K King Stallion.

We believe that our employee owners are vital to the success of our organization.
