Facility Gateway Corporation, or FGC, is a Madison, Wisconsin based Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Service Company that has been in business since 2008. The FGC office is home to our team of administrators, sales, operations, and technical staff, as well as over 25,000 square feet of warehouse space containing several million in UPS equipment. Our staff of over 40 professionals are here to meet our customer's needs.

The PostPowered by Facility Gateway, The Post is an experienced Technical Support Team that operates its own National Operations Center, 24/7/365. Incoming calls are fielded and directed to a senior expert within the specific divisions: UPS, HVAC, or Generator. These experts are qualified to diagnose and troubleshoot the emergency over the phone. We will walk the site contact through the steps necessary to potentially resolve the issue before dispatch.
