The Marker Group

The Marker Group was founded in 1985 by Marlene Marker with a vision of offering high-quality record retrieval and litigation support services to the Texas legal community. By the mid-1990s, the Marker Group had gained the attention of several major defense law firms and was invited to expand services, moving to nationwide record collection.

As the legal industry evolved, the Marker Group’s service line and clientele base continued to expand. We became a preferred litigation support vendor for several Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 corporations. Today, the Marker Group’s reputation for quality and diversity of services continues to grow, as does our influential presence in the litigation support industry. We are the first ISO 27001:2013 certified national record collection vendor in the U.S. and we’ve had the honor of being a certified Women’s Business Enterprise for more than 20 years.
