Lotus GardenScapes is an award-winning landscape design and build firm located in Dexter, Michigan, and owned by environmental artist Traven Pelletier. We work closely with our clients in the greater Ann Arbor area to create artistic and distinctive landscapes. Our collaborative approach ensures each custom landscape design reflects our client’s aesthetic preferences and accommodates their desired outdoor lifestyle. Our team of master craftsmen and horticulturists install and maintain landscapes of all styles and sizes with an eye for detail.

If you pass our application and testing process you are on track for above average industry wages and benefits… it all starts after your training period where you immediately qualify for a personal retirement account with company match, a monthly bonus program (which ranges from an additional $.25 to $1.08 per hour for great performance), and participation in our annual staff fun days and events!
