Homes for Independent Living (HIL) has been offering residential services for adults who have a wide variety of disabilities since 1977. We strive to be a leader in providing the best in residential and community-based services.

HIL is a division of Oconomowoc Residential Programs (ORP), a nationally recognized leader in the human services field for professional service. ORP and HIL are proud to be employee owned, through participation in an ESOP program.

We encourage loyalty and longevity by offering a variety of employment and advancement opportunities. Our residents live in small group homes or apartment settings which allows for individualized attention and support. Independent Living Assistants aid individuals with the activities of daily living, behavioral programs and recreational activities. Other positions which may be open include the positions of Senior Living Assistant, Assistant Manager, and Manager.
