We want to say a massive well done to Alex, a staff member from Oakdene in Mansfield!
Whilst out with some of the residents for a lovely pub lunch. Alex went to the aid of a lady who had begun choking on her meal!
Alex put his training into action and dislodged the object the lady was choking on. We called to check on the lady and she is now all ok after the experience!
Well done Alex!

They really enjoyed the Epi-Pen Training and the fire sledge demonstrations.
They said that they have never seen Kieren sweating so much during work ? and that it’s great when you can have a lot of fun and at the same time educate, work, and help.
